Both ends are made of brass material, which will ensure non-rusty and durable. The cylindrical end is connected to the handheld shower head and the nut end is connected to the faucet outlet, tighten by hand. If needed, wrap the teflon tape in about 3 to 4 circles, not too much. Rigorously tested to ensure quality performance, standard size solid brass connectors fit most shower fixture with its 1/2″ Ends, it comes with the built-in waterproof washers，easy installation.

Generally it will take 7 work days if the goods are in stock. Otherwise it would take 12-22 days for delivering after the deposit and design files are received, additionally it will also depend on the quantity orderd.2.Do you provide samples ? Is it free or extra ?

3.Can I visit your factory? Can your factory arrange transportation for me?

The Factory is located at Safe Valley of China, High-Tech Zone, Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province, which will take about 2 hours by train from Nanjing city to our factory; We can arrange for our driver to pick you up from your hotel when you arrived in Xuzhou City.
